Kachina has provided fire-suppression support on federal, state, and municipal contracts since 1991. Clients have included the U.S. Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management, Yosemite National Park, the State of Alaska, the State of Idaho, and the State of Colorado.
AERIAL CONSTRUCTION
As an FAA-designated external load operator with load carry limits of 5000lbs, Kachina has been involved in many diverse projects, including power line and wind turbine construction, ski lift placement, mining support, and HVAC/building systems installation.
SEARCH & RESCUE
Kachina provides search, rescue, and provision to people in distress or imminent danger. On land, in waterways, in collapsed buildings, and in hazardous or extreme situations, we provide the assistance others cannot.
In conjunction with the State of Colorado's DFPC Kachina Aviation is experienced in High Altitude searches and rescues.

OIL & GAS EXPLORATION
Kachina Aviation has substantial experience in seismic projects throughout the intermountain west. Our boundary layer research-(BLR) modified medium-size Bell helicopters, exhibit outstanding performance in high and hot environments.
